PROCESS OF SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS AND ARTICLES

-Create your account by identifying yourself on the platform (use your account if it is already created)
-Submit your abstract (350 words maximum), followed by 4 to 5 keywords by following the instructions available on the Author Instructions page on our platform.
-Specify the thematic session of your contribution among the 8 proposed themes
-Specify if you wish to present your communication in oral or poster form
-The abstract will be proofread and a decision of acceptance or refusal
-The articles will then be submitted to an anonymous review process. In the event of definitive acceptance, and after any necessary modifications, the authors will be invited to submit the final version via the platform.
 

POSTERS

-The posters are to be printed by the communicators, and to be displayed at the opening of the conference ( by following the instructions available on the Author Instructions page on our platform).
-The location for the hanging will be indicated by the organizers at the reception.

ORAL PRESENTATION

Total duration of the presentation for each speaker: 15 minutes. At the end of each session, 15 minutes will be allocated to debates and questions.
